Pumpkins!

The night before Halloween the boys carved their pumpkins.  Dale let them draw what they wanted on their pumpkin then he carved it for them.  We liked how each one drew something that was exactly what they wanted.  They were very proud of their pumpkins!

Pumpkin Patch!

We finally made it to the Pumpkin Patch.  We went after school on Monday afternoon.  The boys were all excited to go and then of course when we got there Max pulled a Max and became crabby and had to cause drama.  I was taking a nice picture of each boy on a big pumpkin but of course Max wouldn't cooperate. So there is a nice crabby picture of Max.  I am not trying to be a mean parent, but it's either take a picture of how he was or no picture of him at all.  We chose the picture!  So all in all it wasn't the best time, but Levi and Will enjoyed themselves and they all picked out a nice pumpkin.  By the end Max was finally smiling and being a little cooperative.

Fall Fun!

We've been very busy this fall with lots of fun things.  We took a ride up the Illinois river one Sunday afternoon to have lunch in Hardin.  We do this every year in the fall.  It was a little chilly but otherwise a fun and relaxing day.  The next weekend we had our hayride at our barn.  I only took two pictures the entire day!  I was too busy talking to everyone to even get my camera out.  There were tons of kids there and the boys had so much fun playing with everyone.

Family Fun Day!

On Sunday our friends Jeff and Becky had a Family Fun Day!  The kids played games, made bird seed, drove a tractor and went on a hay ride.  The kids played and played and played.  It was so much fun getting together with everyone and the kids.  It was a great idea and everyone had a great time.  The kids were so wore out they actually went to bed without an argument that night!
