Cornbread's World Fair!

Cornbread's World Fair was this past weekend at the Family Arena so we decided to take the boys on Friday.  They had a huge sand pile which the boys played in forever.  They loved it, especially all the older girls that were also playing in the sand!  They rode the big slide with daddy and they rode the cars three times!  Their friend Carter joined them on one of the car rides and if he were wearing a matching shirt we could have said they were quads, just he was a lot bigger!  Anyway, here are a few pictures from the fair.

Max just woke up and was so excited to see a sand pit!

Will would get really excited when this bear ride was running so he kept running to go see it.

Levi means serious business when playing in the sand!

A birthday party at Chuck E Cheese!

The boys had their friend Courtney's 3rd birthday party at Chuck E Cheese this past Saturday!  They ate pizza and cake and rode some rides.  I think they had fun, but their expressions were pretty lifeless, especially Will's.  Maybe they thought they weren't supposed to have fun!  Of course it was a crazy mad house and we couldn't put them down except to put them on a ride.  Maybe they were overwhelmed by the crowd also.  Thank goodness we brought Ashley along to help!  Here are some photos.

Take me to the River!

Now that the river is somewhat cooperating (for now) we are trying to get in some river time.  Dale's sister Megan and her husband Bill went with us on Sunday to take the boys to the sandbar.  They had a lot of fun.  Levi especially loved digging in the sand.  They even didn't mind their life jackets this time.  We then decided to go to Kinder's for dinner.  And as everyone that has been to Kinder's knows, it takes a while.  We should have known better!  The boys weren't bad, they were just getting very anxious and they thought it would be funny to scream at the top of their lungs.  Luckily all the other patron's didn't mind.

We went on another boat ride last night with both sets of grandparents.  We went to dinner at Sharky's then took a nice cruise up river.  It was a very nice night and the boys behaved very well.  They love going on the boat now and as soon as we pull into the harbor they start saying boat.

Other than our recent outings on the boat, the boys are very busy.  They are curious about everything, they say more and more words every day and they love to imitate anything you do.  I just can't believe how fast they grow up.  And as hard as it seems sometimes with as active and mischievous as they are, they really are so much fun!

Surprise 30th Birthday Party!

Dale gave me a surprise 30th birthday party at Great Skate last Saturday followed by more partying at his parents house.  It was a blast!  I forgot how much fun roller skating is.  They even played 80's music the entire time.  I sure didn't feel 30 while doing it, but by the next day I did!  I was sore and the palms of my hands were bruised from my one fall while trying to do something fancy.  Here are a few pictures from the roller rink!

Daddy & Mommy go to Jamaica!

Last week Dale and I, along with Dale's sister Lauren and her boyfriend Ryan, took a trip to Negril, Jamaica.  We had so much fun!  This was all of our first time doing an all-inclusive trip and it was so worth it.  Although, by the end of the week I was not sure I could drink anymore, but you feel guilty for not since it's there and included!  The food was also very good.  We probably all gained a few pounds on this trip!  The boys stayed with Grandma and Grandpa Hackmann for a few days, with GGMA Thomure and F.A. Sandy for a few days then with Grandpa and Grandma Weber for a few days.  They were pretty much spoiled while we were gone!  We missed them terribly, but it was nice to get away and mingle with adults!

Because we had so much fun I think the universe is giving us payback!  The boys have all been sick this week and then on the day that they are at their worst, I pulled my back out.  Anyway, today is a little better so far.  The boys are acting like they are starting to feel better and as long as I stand up straight and do not bend over, my back is okay.  Hopefully with each day we will all keep getting better!  Here are a few pictures from our trip to make everyone jealous!

Dale and I on the Sunset Catamaran Cruise.  They make it sound so romantic, but it's really a booze cruise!  It was so fun, we went twice!

It was my 30thy birthday while we were in Jamaica and I received a surprise message from the boys!  I cried and really started missing them when I got it!   Although I am saying that since I was out of the country for my birthday it doesn't count!  We'll just go back every year and I can stay 29 forever!!!
