Christmas!

Christmas was chaotic as usual so I didn't get many pictures at all.  But, I think this was the most fun year with the boys!  They were so excited about everything.  The last several Christmases the boys have been so worn out from everything that they sleep in on Christmas morning and when they wake up we have to remind them what day it is.  This year however as soon as they were up they were shouting "It's Christmas"!  We all got up and and Max said "I'm just going to go check and see if Santa left presents."  We had to yell "NO!"  We had the gate up at the top of the steps so they wouldn't go down in the middle of the night and peek, especially since they got bikes and they weren't wrapped.  Well Max must have been able to see a few things through the gate anyway because he said "There's a red bike down there.  Dad got a new bike.  That's okay mom, we can do adult presents first."  Haha!  So at least it was a surprise when they came downstairs and saw 3 bikes with their names on it!  They got a lot of neat stuff and we soo excited to show it off to the grandparents when they came over for breakfast.  Overall it was a great Christmas!

2nd Quarter Kindergarten Awards!

They had 2nd Quarter Kindergarten Awards today at school.  Will, Max and Levi all received the Literacy award for knowing 36 sight words and Levi and Will received the Math award for counting to 100 and knowing numbers 1-20.  We are so proud of how well they are doing in school!

Christmas Traditions!

On Saturday we went to Christmas Traditions on Main Street in St. Charles.  The boys were really into it this year.  They were always on the lookout for another character to get a card from.  They were excited to have gotten 15 cards!  I think Levi and Max could have stayed until they found all 35, but Will was quite pooped out and was ready to go home!

Cookies with Santa!

Saturday was the annual MOMMES Cookies with Santa.  Levi made a present for Santa several weeks ago and insisted on bringing it to him for Cookies with Santa.  It was so cute.  He wrapped it then proceeded to put notes for Santa all over it.  When Santa opened it there was a picture inside that said "I Like Santa".  Santa chuckled and told Levi "I like you too"!  It was priceless.  We took our turns with Santa then just enjoyed the evening with other triplet parents and watching all the kids play!

St. Nick's Day!

Saturday morning the boys woke up with their stockings filled from St. Nick.  Because Fred (our Elf) is around, Will has been getting up to look for him when we don't even know he's awake.  Because of this he saw there was stuff in his stocking and told his brothers.  He then proceeded to start opening his stocking before we got down there to watch.  Now we will be putting a baby gate at the top of the stairs on Christmas morning!  There is nothing better than seeing their reaction and I'm not going to miss it because Will snuck downstairs before he woke us!  They got Mike and Ike's, a Batman Toy and a Lego Mini figure from St. Nick.  They were super excited!

The boys have been playing hockey for several weeks.  Last night was their final night and they all got a medal.  It always fun watching them play sports!
