Christmas

Christmas was busy but fun!  On the day before Christmas Eve we went to Mama Weber and Papa Great's for Christmas.  We had dinner, opened presents and played dominoes.  On Christmas Eve we went to Church and then went to Grandma and Papa's for dinner and presents.  Will started not feeling good so we had to come home a little early.  Will fell asleep right away but it took a while for Max and Levi to settled down enough to sleep.  Christmas morning was fun.  We love watching how excited the kids get when they see all the presents and open stuff up.  They even get excited when they open underwear!  It makes all the stress beforehand worth it!  After presents Mama Weber, Papa Great, Grandma and Papa came over for our traditional breakfast.  We then took a nap and headed over to GG's.  Finally, the next day we went to Grandma Sue's to celebrate Christmas with her.  The boys all got games from Santa and convinced Mama Weber to take all 6 boys to her house to spend the night.  The broke out their Twister game and played Twister in their underwear!  It was a very fun Christmas!

Christmas Branson, St. Nick and Levi looses his 1st Tooth!

We went to Branson this past weekend for our traditional Christmas trip.  We didn't get there until about 8:30 Friday night, but luckily for the boys the indoor pool was open until 11.  So we swam for a while before heading in to bed.  We woke up Saturday to a beautiful sunrise over the lake.  Then the boys opened their stockings from St. Nick.  (He comes a day early in Branson since check out is Sunday morning!)  They got some candy, some coal (cinnamon candy) and a Superhero Masher.  We had homemade cinnamon rolls and hot chocolate for breakfast before heading to the Kimberling City Christmas Parade.  It was a very fun parade.  I think the boys got more candy at the parade than at Halloween!  On our drive back from the parade Levi was eating a piece of candy and his tooth fell out!  (Hmmmm, don't they say too much candy makes your teeth fall out!)  He was so excited to lose his very first baby tooth.  Finally we went back to our condo and swam and watched Christmas movies until we went to bed.  On Sunday after Levi found his $1 from the tooth fairy, the boys went swimming again before it was time to head to Silver Dollar City.  The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed riding the rides, watching the Christmas Parade, seeing Santa and looking at all the lights.  It was another great weekend in "Christmas Branson"!

Will lost his first tooth!

Will's tooth has been dangling for several days now, but at school yesterday it finally came out!  He was so excited to come home and show us his tooth and to put it under his pillow for the tooth fairy.  He lost his tooth on a good night, because Fred, our elf, always comes on December 1st!  So not only did the tooth fairy come, but so did Fred.  And Fred left a note how he met the Tooth Fairy and that she gave him the $1 to give to Will.  There was a lot of excitement in the house this morning!
