Goodbye Shady Lane

We officially moved into our new home this weekend.  We went back to pick up our final things and to take a few pictures of our first home.  We will miss you Shady Lane!

Levi's Recital

Levi had his fall piano recital yesterday and Steinway & Sons Piano Gallery.  He did awesome!  He played a Halloween song and then his two District Audition songs.  He received a 1 District rating and is now preparing for the State Auditions in November!  (There was terrible lighting for the group photo.)

Special Day!

The boys had a day off of school and they each got to do something by themselves.  Dale took Levi to Flat River to ride dirt bikes.  Max went fishing with Papa Great, Uncle Josh and Uncle Bob.  He even got to fish in a tournament and won Biggest Fish and Second Place.  Finally, Will and I went to Pure Goalie and the Zoo.  The boys had a lot of fun doing something they liked by themselves.

First Ice Hockey Game

The boys had their very first ice hockey game yesterday.  It was a declaration game against the other St. Peters Squirt Gold team.  Will was goalie, Levi played defense and Max was a right winger.  They tied the game 3-3.  It was very fun and exciting to watch.  This is going to be a fun hockey season.

GG's 80th Birthday!

We celebrated GG"s 80th birthday Saturday!  We are very lucky to have such a great grandma!

First Day of School

Today was not only the boys first day of 4th grade,but also their first day at Orchard Farm and their first time riding the bus.  They were really nervous, but came home with smiles on their faces.  They made a lot of friends on the bus and said they like their new school better than their old one.  We look forward to a great 4th grade year!

We had a random free night that we took advantage of and went to the sandbar to play.  It was nice to take a break and head out on the river.
