Colorado!
Dale and I recently got back from our first trip without the boys. Our friends Scott & Lindsay were just married in Breckenridge, Colorado on September 19th! It was beautiful! Scott & Lindsay had perfect weather and everyone had a great time. We arrived in Breckenridge late Thursday night and stayed until Monday morning. Besides the wedding festivities we enjoyed Oktoberfest in Breckenridge, a ski lift gondola ride in Vail, walking around and looking at the beautiful scenery, sitting in the hot tub at the hotel and sitting by the fire in our hotel room! We missed the boys terribly, but it was time much needed for Dale and I. We even woke up to snow covered mountains on Monday morning and drove through snow for almost our entire drive back to Denver airport. Then when we arrived back in St. Louis, it was 90 degrees! Here are a few pictures from our trip.
