The boys and I had a Summer Fun day yesterday! First we went Strawberry picking at Eckert’s
in Belleville. We had a lot of fun and
the boys would get excited every time they got to pick a nice big red
strawberry. When we got home the boys
were ready to play in some water so we stopped at Target and got a Slip N’
Slide (Slippy Slide as the boys call it).
They literally played on this thing all afternoon. When they got tired of sliding they just sat
on it playing with toys in the little puddles and letting the water spray them. Finally the boys had their first T-ball
practice of the season. They were
excited to wear their new baseball pants and they looked so cute! I can’t wait to see them in their full
uniform when it comes in. We have a
couple of more weeks of practices then the games begin. We are so happy that summer is finally here!
