Mark Twain Lake!

We had no obligations this past weekend so we decided to take a trip to my family's property at Mark Twain Lake.  As usual when Dale and I tow the boat up there, the weather was rainy and cool on Saturday.  We were finally able to take the boat on the lake around 3:30 p.m.  Although we were only out there a couple of hours, it was a great time.  The older cousins went tubing on Uncle Steve's boat while Dale, my mom and I took Will, Max and Levi to the beach to play in the sand and go swimming.  The beach was perfect because the water was shallow enough for the boys to go in the lake several feet.  Even Levi started swimming after a while.  Of course when we were packing up to come home it was hot and the sun was out.  Dale and I decided that we didn't care what time we got home and went on the lake again yesterday.  It was so nice and relaxing.  The boys love the boat more and more every time we get to use it and they are becoming little fish in the water.  We had a truly relaxing and great weekend with family!
